Grout is Polymer, Acrylic and Epoxy base tile joint filler used for filling joints of all kinds of tiles.
Surface Preparation
Before grouting make sure the tiles and stone are firmly set and the adhesives, cement or mortal is completely dry. Remove all spacers.
Grouts joints must be clean and free of standing qater dust, dirt and foreign matter. Remove excess adhesive or mortar from the joint area so that 2/3 of the depth of the tile is left available for grouting.
Clean the tiles or stone surface to remove dust, dirt, mortar adhesive and other contaminants that may cause grout discoloration.
Product Mixing And Application

Mixing
- – Always mix complete unit. Partial mixing will result in uncured grout. Do not add other material to this mixture.
- – Add 0.30 Litre of GBAD -911 Admix/Water p/kg GBAD -920 and mix until a slump free and smooth grout is obtained.
